Shantysea Chalets aim is to make the buying experience as painless as possible. Once you've chosen to buy the chalet we'd enter into a contract. This contract is drawn up by a local lawyer. At this point you pay the 33% deposit. Then from now on as we finish each stage detailed below the money to be transferred and in turn release the funds to Shantysea chalets. As for the contract, the payment schedule will be itemised down to the very last detail, so it's completely transparent.
